Nurvimo connects you with people who have done the thing you are trying to do. That is genuinely valuable, and it is why the platform exists. It is also not the same as professional advice.
What an Expert tells you is their experience and their opinion. It is not Nurvimo's, we did not review it, and we do not guarantee it is right, complete, current, or right for you. What worked for one person in one situation may not work for you. Past experience does not guarantee a future outcome.
You decide what to do with what you hear. That decision, and its consequences, are yours.
The longer version
1Nurvimo is a marketplace, not an advisory firm. We provide the place where the conversation happens. We do not employ Experts, we do not deliver sessions, and we do not review or approve what is said in one.
2Experts are not vetted for competence. Some hold formal qualifications and some do not. That is deliberate: a person who has run a restaurant for twelve years, or moved countries and built a business from nothing, or spent a career in a trade, knows things no certificate captures. But it also means you should assume no licence, no professional standard, no regulator behind the person, and no insurance, unless a verified credential badge is displayed on the profile.
3What verification means. An identity verified badge means a third party confirmed a government issued document matched the account holder. It says nothing about competence, honesty, or the accuracy of what they tell you. We do not run criminal background checks. We do not check employment history. We do not endorse anyone.
4Sessions are informational. A Nurvimo session is education, mentorship and experience sharing. It is not a professional engagement, it does not create a professional relationship of any kind, and no professional duty of care is owed to you by Nurvimo.
5Take independent advice where it matters. Where a decision has legal, financial, medical, immigration or tax consequences, get advice from someone licensed to give it in the place where you live. Use a Nurvimo session to understand the terrain and to ask better questions. Do not use it to replace the professional.
6No promises about results. Nobody on Nurvimo can promise you a job, a visa, funding, a customer, a licence, a recovery, or a return. Any Expert who does is breaching our rules, and you should report them.
Regulated subjects
Immigration and relocation. Experts may share their own experience of moving, settling, working or building a business in a new country. They may not advise on your visa category, your eligibility, your application, your timing or your documents, and they may not review or prepare forms. Immigration advice and representation are regulated activities and may only be provided by people authorized to provide them under applicable law. If someone on Nurvimo offers to help with your application, stop and report it.
Legal. Experts may describe how a process generally works and what happened in their own matter. They may not advise on your legal situation, draft documents for you, or represent you. Nothing said in a session is legal advice and no lawyer client relationship or privilege arises.
Financial and investment. Experts may teach general financial literacy, pricing, cash flow, and how they financed their own venture. They may not recommend what you should buy, hold or sell, manage money for you, or promote securities or insurance products. Nothing said in a session is investment advice, and no adviser relationship arises. Protected titles such as Financial Advisor or Financial Planner may only be used by people entitled to use them where you live.
Tax. Experts may describe their own experience of tax as a business owner. They may not advise on your tax position or prepare or file returns.
Lifestyle & Wellbeing. Experts may share their personal experiences, routines, habits and general information about lifestyle and wellbeing. They may not diagnose, assess or treat a physical or mental-health condition; prescribe or recommend individualized treatment or medication; interpret symptoms or medical results; or provide psychotherapy, counselling or other clinical services. Nothing in a Nurvimo Session is medical or mental-health treatment or a substitute for care from an appropriately qualified provider.
Skilled trades and technical work. Experts may share practical trade and operating experience. They may not certify, inspect, sign off or stamp work, and their guidance does not replace a licensed tradesperson, engineer, architect or inspector, or any permit or inspection required where you live.
Emergencies. Nurvimo is not an emergency service. If you are in danger, or facing a medical or mental health emergency, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line immediately.
