How does booking actually work?

You pick an expert, choose a time from the slots they have opened, and pay. The session is confirmed straight away and a video link is created for it. You do not need to arrange anything by email.

What happens in a session?

You meet the expert on video at the agreed time, for the length you booked. What you cover is up to you: most people bring one specific problem and work through it.

Can I reschedule?

Yes, up to the cut-off shown on the session. After that a change counts as a cancellation, because the expert has already held that time for you.

What if I need several sessions?

Many experts sell a package, which is a set of sessions at a lower per-session price. You book the times as you go rather than all at once.

Is there a subscription?

No. You pay per session. There is no membership, no monthly fee and nothing to cancel.

When is the expert paid?

After the session, not before. Your payment is held until the session has taken place, which is what protects you if it does not.

What do I get back if I cancel?

It depends how close to the session you are, and the exact amount is shown before you confirm the cancellation. You are never left guessing.

Who sets the price?

The expert does. Nurvimó does not set rates, and you always see the full price before you pay.

How are experts checked?

Every expert is reviewed before their profile can go live. Ratings then come only from people who booked and attended a session, so they cannot be bought or invented.

What do the tiers next to a name mean?

They are earned on completed sessions and real ratings over time, not on signing up. A brand new expert simply has no tier yet, which is not a mark against them.

Can I become an expert?

Yes, if you can genuinely help people in a field. You set your own prices and your own availability.

The expert did not turn up.

Accepted Answer

You are refunded in full. Attendance is recorded by both sides, and a no-show by the expert is never charged to you.

The session was not what was agreed.

Raise it from the session itself. A person reviews what happened, and both sides are asked for their account of it.

How is my data handled?
