2.1Reporting infringement
If you believe content on Nurvimo infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent:

A notice must include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the work claimed to be infringed;
- identification of the material and enough detail to find it;
- your contact details;
- a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law; and
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the owner.
Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice can make you liable for damages.
2.2What we do
We remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice, tell the user who posted it, and give them the chance to submit a counter notice. If we receive a valid counter notice we may restore the material after 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
2.3Repeat infringers
Nurvimo maintains and reasonably implements a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
2.4Canada
Canada operates a notice and notice regime rather than notice and takedown, and Canadian law has no equivalent of section 512 or of section 230. Where a complaint concerns a Canadian user or content, we forward the notice to the user and act promptly on the merits.
